Women’s LEAD
Pioneered by our Sustainability and Compliance Officer and sponsored by our Chief Operating Officer, the Women’s Leadership, Education and Development (LEAD) affinity group is the first of its kind at Helix and has local support in the US, UK and Brazil.
In 2024, the local chapters held meetings in our Houston headquarters, our Brazil office and our UK office and Women’s LEAD managed the holiday food drive in Houston.
