Letter to our Stakeholders

As a company headquartered in Texas, serving stakeholders globally with operations in the United States, Europe, Asia Pacific, Brazil and Africa, we recognize the divergent viewpoints around the world that impact our operations and strategy.

With varying political climates, sustainability efforts, client goals and shareholders’ priorities at play, our strategy balances the goals of energy transition and energy security. Maximizing existing reserves, lowering decommissioning costs and supporting renewable energy developments allows us to participate in not only helping to ensure energy security but also providing resources.

Through our Sustainability Priorities embedded in our services and corporate vision including People, Environmental Impact, Value Creation, Health and Safety, Governance and Ethics, we demonstrate that energy security and energy transition are not mutually exclusive.  Our services facilitate both the responsible transition from a carbon-dependent economy, extending the value and therefore the life cycle of underutilized wells, which in turn mitigates the need to drill new wells, and supporting the energy transition to renewable energy through our Robotics services in offshore wind farm developments.

In line with our balanced approach to energy security and energy transition, we also take a balanced approach to our Sustainability Priorities, maintaining our underlying vision of creating value for our people, the communities we serve, the environment and our stakeholders over the long term.  We deliver on this vision by establishing an engaging and collaborative workplace underpinned with integrity, respect and inclusion, social outreach efforts, emissions monitoring, a strong safety culture, providing preeminent services to our customers, and the disclosure of key metrics to our stakeholders to provide a holistic view of our company.

We have demonstrated our commitment to disclosing relevant metrics to our stakeholders, and we are proud to do so once again in this 2025 Report. In prior years we have provided disclosures in an annual Corporate Sustainability Report available on our website in a .pdf format.  This year we have repositioned relevant disclosures in a newly designed digital Sustainability Platform with accompanying data tables.  Stakeholders can still see commentary and metrics related to our employee base, our Greenhouse Gas Emissions and our Health and Safety from prior years, but now in an interactive format that allows users to easily and efficiently focus on discrete information.  We hope you enjoy the new digital platform and all the information it has to offer about our company, our sustainability, our strategy and our future.
