The key management personnel at ERT represent over 100 years of experience in the oil and gas industry with both majors and large independents. As a result of ERT’s operating success and technological expertise in acquiring and managing offshore properties, it has developed a broad and extensive network of relationships with many of the energy companies operating in the Gulf of Mexico. This network generates significant deal flow and acquisition opportunities. This is supplemented by Helix’s contracting relationships with E&P companies operating in the Gulf of Mexico and ERT’s own review and analysis of offshore discoveries.

ERT has an outstanding safety record and is recognized for its regulatory compliance. The company is exempt from Minerals Management Services (MMS) supplemental bonding and is fully insured with coverage that includes liability, comprehensive blow-out and environmental risk protection. ERT is recognized by the MMS as an operator and record title interest holder in the Gulf of Mexico.
